Plum tart

A great way to enjoy the plum harvest, this recipe uses jelly instead of sugar. I made one with rose jelly and one with lime jelly, for different flavor accents.

Both tasted great, a happy result from our small plum harvest. Of course we ate quite a few of them raw. I like my plums still firm and a bit sour, but will leave a few on the tree until they get mushy ripe.
